The Alaska Judicial Council will hold a Statewide Public Hearing on Judges Standing for Retention today, May 7th, at 4:30 p.m.  If you are interested in addressing the Council about a judge who is eligible to stand for retention in the upcoming election, or to simply let the Council know that you appreciate all of the work that they do, you can participate by dialing into the hearing via Zoom:

Over the past five years, many of you have told us how much you appreciate the hard work that the Council does to offer the public clear information about each judge who decides to stand for retention, and how much you appreciate the Council’s recommendations regarding each judge standing for retention.  We encourage you to let the Council know how much you appreciate their dedication and hard work to help Alaskans learn more about the judges who serve their community.
