Alaskans for Fair Courts urge you to Vote YES to retain every judge on your ballot. Why? We believe in the Alaska Constitution and the process it established to evaluate every judge’s job performance regularly.

Before appearing on the ballot, judges and justices undergo a rigorous evaluation by an independent, nonpartisan commission called the Alaska Judicial Council (AJC).

The AJC surveys thousands of people who have interacted with each judge, held hearings, and gathered facts. No stone is left unturned. Alaska’s Constitutional framers had faith in this process, which has served Alaska well for more than 60 years.

Based on this evaluation process, the AJC recommended retention for all judges on the 2024 ballot.
