As you have heard by now, Governor Dunleavy sent Mr. Wood a letter on Friday, April 24th, thanking him for his service on the Alaska Judicial Council and stating that his term had ended. After 11 months of working hard to remove Mr. Wood from the Council, where he should never have been seated in the first place, this is a victory for Alaska’s Constitution and the Rule of Law!
